This project aims to create the user experience and interface design for an established insurance company with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing retention, and attracting new clients.

Through a user-centered approach, we aim to optimize the usability and aesthetics of the existing platform, providing an enhanced digital experience aligned with the expectations of younger users.

The challenge was to create a responsive design that adapts to different devices, such as desktops, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring a consistent and intuitive experience. We sought to identify and eliminate unnecessary steps in user workflows, simplifying complex processes and making interaction with the platform more efficient.
